In this game, you are a schizophrenic man. You are in desperate search for your pills. However, every pill you take seems to worsen your mental state further.

Walljumping and wallrunning is enabled 

Throw knife to buy shop items

Tips: Navigate using you map, yellow portals mean shop, blood-red portals leads to the boss. There is no end, the condition only worsens.
