1.0 release

1.0 release, as in the state it should have been right after the game jam.

What's new?:

• 1 New bow
• Screen pops up when picking up new bows and jet pack
• Optimization, game runs fine for me at least, would still recommend playing at 60hz
• Saving now heals you
• reset button on the time machine, press Y on controller

Small additions:

• Improved controller support
• Squashed bugs
• slightly improved level design
• bomb bow should be easier to understand
• Fixed a few typos
